Building for Impact
PHASE 1
As we prepare to bring this vision to life, we are inviting partners to help establish the physical and financial foundation of the Oasis Center.
This space will house intentional environments where organizations can work side by side, reduce duplication, and focus more fully on their mission and the people they serve.
THE START OF THE VISION
Phase One launches the first 20,000 square feet of the Oasis Center at 706 Market Street, allowing the Center to begin operating and serving organizations immediately. This initial phase establishes a functional foundation—creating shared, intentional environments where collaboration can take root and early impact can be realized.

CENTERS OF IMPACT
Oasis Center Spaces
A dedicated space designed to host church gatherings as well as additional events throughout the week. Thoughtfully built to accommodate worship services, teaching, and community-focused programming in a welcoming environment.
The Worship Hall
Flexible work environments designed for individuals and teams. Created to support productivity while encouraging collaboration and shared purpose.
Co-Working Spaces
A central gathering place within the Oasis Center, designed to invite conversation and connection. This café creates an approachable, everyday space where relationships and community naturally form.
Cadence Coffee Co.
A versatile venue designed for workshops, meetings, and community events. This space adapts easily to a wide range of uses, supporting both intimate gatherings and larger experiences.
Event Space
Purpose-built office spaces for organizations serving the community. These offices provide stability and shared proximity, allowing teams to operate efficiently while collaborating within a larger ecosystem.
Not-for-Profit Offices
Additional thoughtfully planned spaces designed to meet evolving needs. Each area contributes to a connected environment that supports long-term growth, collaboration, and impact.
